Can I switch from Free to Pro later?
Yes. Your self-hosted data (SQLCipher database) is portable. For Pro, you'd deploy the Cloudflare Worker and point it to your existing database (or migrate to managed storage). No vendor lock-in.
What happens if I cancel Pro/Enterprise?
Your data stays yours. On cancellation, managed infrastructure is spun down. You receive a full database export (encrypted) and can self-host immediately using the Free tier. No data loss.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro tier: 14-day money-back guarantee. Enterprise: custom terms with SLA credits. Contact us for Enterprise refund policy.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required to start. After trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue.
Can I use my own Stripe account?
Enterprise tier only. Pro uses our Stripe account with revenue sharing. Enterprise can bring their own Stripe account for direct customer billing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enterprise: wire transfer, ACH, and crypto (USDC) available on annual contracts.
Is there a volume discount?
Enterprise tier includes custom pricing for high-volume deployments. Contact us for a quote based on your API call projections.
What's included in "managed infrastructure"?
Cloudflare Workers (global edge), managed Go backend on Cloudflare Workers or Fly.io, Ollama GPU instances for AI reflection, automated backups, TLS certificates, DDoS protection, and monitoring.
